About Us

  • What areas do you cover? We are based in London and cover the whole of the UK. However, delivery charges may vary depending on distance.

  • What is included in the after-party entertainment? We offer a variety of after-party entertainment options, including DJs, Live Perfomance including Led Stilt Robots, Mirror Man, Photo booths. Please get in touch to discuss your specific needs and we can tailor a package to suit your event.

LED Marquee Letters

  • What letters and numbers do you have available? We have a wide selection of letters, numbers, and symbols available. Popular choices include “LOVE”, “MR & MRS”, initials, and ages. Contact us to check availability for your specific needs.  

  • What size are the letters? Our letters are [4ft] tall and [3ft] wide. Please ensure your venue has enough space to accommodate the letters in your chosen configuration.

  • Can the letters be used outdoors? Our letters are designed for indoor use. However, they can be used in covered outdoor areas like marquees, providing there is adequate protection from the elements and a safe power supply.

  • Can I choose different colours for the lights? Our standard letters come with LEDs lights which gives you an amazing options of colours.

Placing an Order

  • How do I place an order? You can place an order by contacting us via email, or through our website. We will need to know your event date, the letters/numbers you require, and the venue address.

  • How far in advance should I book? Our letters are popular, especially during peak season. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, ideally [Number] weeks or months, to avoid disappointment.

  • Is there a deposit? Yes, a non-refundable deposit of [£50] is required to secure your booking.

Delivery & Collection

  • What are your delivery charges? Delivery charges are calculated based on your location.

  • When will my letters be delivered and collected? We typically deliver the letters on the day of your event and collect them same or following day. We can be flexible with timings to suit your venue and schedule.

Damages & Returns

  • What happens if the letters are damaged? We understand that accidents can happen. In the event of any damage, please inform us immediately. You will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

  • What is your returns policy? As our letters are a hire service, they must be returned to us. You are responsible for the letters from the time of delivery until collection.

Other

  • Do you provide power cables and extensions? Yes, each letter comes with its own power cable and plug. We also provide extension leads to ensure you can easily connect the letters to a power source.  

  • Are the letters PAT tested? Yes, all our letters are PAT tested regularly to ensure they are electrically safe.

  • Do you have insurance? Yes, we have public liability insurance.

  • Do you offer any discounts? We may offer discounts for multiple bookings or off-peak periods. Please contact us for details.
