Booking

How to get started and secure your date.

Submit a quote request through our website or email us at hello@apcollective.co.uk. Let us know your event date, venue, and what you're interested in and we'll come back to you with options and a quote.

As early as possible — the sooner, the better. We get particularly busy during peak seasons such as summer weekends and December. We recommend reaching out the moment you have a date confirmed to avoid disappointment.

Yes — we offer a short soft hold on dates while you confirm your details. Get in touch and we'll let you know availability. A date is only fully secured once your 30% deposit has been received.

Your event date, venue name and address, approximate guest count, and which acts or package you're interested in. The more detail you give us, the faster we can turn around a tailored quote.

We perform at weddings, milestone birthdays, Afro parties, corporate celebrations, and cultural events across the UK. If it's a celebration, we're in.

Our Acts

Everything about our performers and what they do.

Our acts include Mirror Men, LED Man, LED Stilt Robot (Glowbot), LED Drums & Drummer, Spaceman, Female Showgirl, and Champagne Gun & Bottle Presenters. We also offer standalone equipment hire including LED batons, bottle carriers, and party props.

Standard performance time is 1 hour per booking. This can be adjusted up to 7 days before your event. If you need performers to stay beyond midnight, this can be arranged with 48 hours' notice — an additional fee of £20 per performer per hour applies.

Yes. We offer individual act bookings with a minimum of 2 acts per booking. Mirror Men, LED Man, Spaceman, and Female Showgirl are priced at £250 each. LED Stilt Robot and LED Drums & Drummer are priced at £400 each.

Absolutely — crowd interaction is at the heart of what we do. Our performers are roaming entertainers, not stage acts. They move through the room, engage guests, create moments, and activate the dancefloor. That's the whole point.

All costumes are provided by The Afterparty Collective. Our performers arrive camera-ready — you don't need to arrange anything on your end.

Packages

Understanding our Standard, Premium, and Luxe packages.

Standard (£800) gives you 3 performers — Mirror Man, LED Man or Spaceman, and Female Showgirl — plus a full prop kit. Premium (£1,000) upgrades to 2 Mirror Men, LED Drums & Drummer, and a Smoke Gun. Luxe (£1,500) adds the LED Stilt Robot (Glowbot) on top of everything in Premium, with all quantities doubled.

Absolutely. Our packages are starting points, not limits. If you want to swap acts, add extras, adjust quantities, or build something entirely bespoke, get in touch and we'll put together a tailored quote for you.

Standard works brilliantly for weddings and milestone birthdays. Premium is ideal for high-energy Afro parties and larger receptions. Luxe is built for premium events and large weddings where you want maximum visual impact from start to finish. Not sure? Tell us about your event and we'll recommend the right fit.

Yes — all packages include props. Standard and Premium include 50 LED Foam Sticks, 50 Chrome Balloons, 50 Neon Glasses, an LED Name Board, and Champagne Gun(s). Luxe doubles all quantities to 100 of each.

On the Day

What to expect when we arrive at your event.

Our performers arrive ahead of your scheduled start time to set up, change into costume, and prepare. We'll confirm exact logistics once your booking is confirmed and will coordinate directly with your venue where needed.

Yes — we'll need a private area for performers to change and prepare. Most venues have a green room or back-of-house area that works perfectly. We'll confirm this with you and the venue in advance.

If you need performers beyond midnight, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. A late finish fee of £20 per performer per hour applies. We're flexible — just give us the heads-up so we can plan accordingly.

Yes — we hold full public liability insurance. Documentation is available on request for venue requirements. Just ask and we'll send it over.

We have contingency plans in place for all bookings. In the unlikely event of any issue, we'll contact you immediately and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Our performers are experienced professionals — issues are rare, but we're always prepared.

Travel & Logistics

Where we go and what travel costs look like.

We're based in Kent and cover the whole of the UK. Travel within London Zones 1–4 is included in all packages and bookings. Outside Zone 4, a charge of £2/mile (return) applies plus a £100 minimum travel fee.

Yes — we cover the whole of the UK including Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and beyond. Travel costs outside Zone 4 are calculated at £2/mile (return) with a £100 minimum. For events more than 2 hours from London, accommodation costs of £80 per room per night may also apply.

Yes — we've performed internationally and welcome bookings outside the UK. A 25% uplift on all performance fees applies to international bookings. Flight, accommodation, and logistics costs are quoted separately. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Travel within London Zones 1–4 is included in all quotes at no extra charge. Outside Zone 4: £2 per mile (return journey) with a minimum charge of £100. All travel costs are confirmed upfront in your quote — no surprises.

Payments

Deposits, balances, and cancellation policy.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total booking value is required to secure your date. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due one month before your event date. We'll send you a reminder in advance and confirm payment details at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event: deposit retained, no further charge. Cancellations between 30–90 days: 50% of the total booking value is due. Cancellations within 30 days of the event: 100% of the total booking value is due. Full terms are included in your booking contract.

We accept bank transfer (BACS). Payment details are provided with your booking confirmation. If you have specific payment requirements, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
