Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains how The Afterparty Collective Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal information when you visit apcollective.co.uk, send us an enquiry or book our performers.

Who we are

The Afterparty Collective Limited
124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX
Email: hello@apcollective.co.uk

We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What information we collect

  • Enquiry details: when you use our quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event type, event date, start and end times, venue address and anything you write in your message.
  • Messages: if you contact us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok, we keep the messages and contact details you share with us.
  • Booking details: if you book with us, we keep the details needed to plan and invoice your event, including payment records.
  • Website usage: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. This uses cookies (see below).

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and send you a quote.
  • To plan, deliver and invoice your booking.
  • To share the necessary event details (such as venue, timings and an on-the-day contact) with the performers booked for your event.
  • To keep financial records required by law.
  • To understand and improve how our website performs.

We use your information because it is needed to respond to your request and to carry out a booking with you (contract), because the law requires us to keep certain records (legal obligation), or because it is in our legitimate interests to run and improve our business. Where we rely on your consent, for example for analytics cookies, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with:

  • Performers booked for your event, so they can deliver it.
  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and email hosting provider, Google (analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram messaging).
  • Our accountants, and authorities where we are legally required to.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, they are required to protect it with appropriate safeguards.

Photos and videos at events

We sometimes photograph or film our performances to use on our website and social media. If you or your guests would prefer not to be featured, just tell us before or after your event and we will respect that.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not turn into bookings for up to 12 months. We keep booking and payment records for 6 years, as required for tax and accounting purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise the information.

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies. Some are essential for the site to work. Others come from Google Analytics and help us understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you click “Reject”, Google Analytics stays switched off. You can change your choice at any time: change your cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work without analytics cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information;
  • ask us to transfer your information to someone else;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.

To make a request, email hello@apcollective.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
